OK, so I'm in a $200M draft with a bunch of weasels. Here are my pitchers, so far...

Clemens
Reulbach
Ojeda
Koosman
Feller

Honeycutt/Quisenberry/Martinez

Clemens will get his 41 starts, that's a given, but should Reulbach be 2, 3 or in the pen?

That's a lot of scratch to drop on a bullpen guy. I'd give Reulbach as many starts as possible (32). Just my .02.

Ruelbach has to be your #2 guy, In a DH league HAL will never use him enough as a reliever. But I'll give you Newhouser & Mullin for him!
