playing in county 57,others in league are royals,polo 11,griffith,should I make any changes.

I love your infield - (I like good defense) Your OF could use a bit more in RF - any chance of dumping a bit of pitching $$ (5th starter?!) to upgrade?
Rotation - I have had all those guys in the past - McNally can be the best 4th starter - be patient - Dean, Johnson and Spahn have been either very good or very disappointing and they don't seem to change - if they start good they pitch well all season - if they suck they stay sucky
note: I am no long-timer in this game - but I have had Dean, Johnson and Spahn three times and McNally about 6

I think you've got some good balance in SLG, OBP, D and bullpen, but too many slow feet for a pitchers park. Boog, Brooks and Jojo are all 1-10 on the basepaths and Freehan is 1-12. You don't need the fifth starter and you can upgrade Moore for someone with good speed and maybe even OBP. Josh Devore, Nemo Leibold or Cliff Heathcote might give you someone to lead off.
