P. Alexander vs. Hubbell in Polo '36

I have jusssst enough to get Hubbell, but can upgrade to Pete if i have scrub at first (half mil) and scrub 4th reliever. Is it worth it? Division is Sportsman '46, Baker '15, Dunn '20. I won't lose much in the lineup:

Honus
Gehrigner
Simmons
Campy
Meusel
D. Dimaggio
Larry Gardner
Scrubb w/Pete or Waitkus w/Hubbell

Grove, Dean, Catfish my other 3 starters in either situation.

If Pete is on the wire, you want him. Either trade him for a quality player or make him work in your lineup.
