I'm in a theme league where I am using him . I have him set to Quick hook,Avoid right-handed batters,Max of 1 to 2 IP in relief:

Not espcially good.
Eastwick is susceptible to xtrabase hits vs RHs, for an RP entering games with runners on base, this is undesirable. He could be effective vs teams with lots of S hitters or platoons. I would set him up as avoid RHs.
