Does anyone know?

I am thinking of creating an "all out frenzy" league where everyone is only allowed to autodraft $.50 players, and then there is an all out frenzy to create your team, but that wouldn't work with a minimum salary cap.

I do not think there is an enforced minimum. At least based on the number of complaints about people tanking their teams with extremely low salaries.
