With Ozzie to lead off vs RHP and if Snod passes for leadoff V lhp Fox in the 2 spot, it works.
Let me piggie back a Cobb batting order query:
Cochrane
Stan
Gantner/Maz
Bowa
Steinfeldt
Cuyler
Joe D
Cobb
7 and 8 are 2b then Bowa. Have been leading off with Cobb, but could go
Stein/Cuyler/Cobb/JoeD/Stan/Cochrane.

GC - I'd suggest:
vs RH
Ozzie
Furillo
Cobb
Alou
McCormick
Fox
Sanguillen
Pendleton
vs LH
Fox
Alou
Cobb
Furillo
McCormick
Sanguillen
Pendleton
Smith
(or move Cobb/Alou/Furillo/McCormick/Sanguillen/Fox/Pendleton/Smith)
BKeat - I'd lead off with Cobb. You have 5 great hitters, and I want them hitting 1-5. Move Steinfeldt to 6 - his clutch there will help.

Good order and sound thinking. But doesn't that put him at something of a disadvatage without Snodgrass and therefore only batting 8?
