Mainly the hitters need to start hitting to their capability. How about an upgrade at 2B? Is there a need for two backup 2nd basemen? How about getting rid of one getting and picking up a .50 outfielder and downgrowding to a .50 utility guy to cover you defensively and free up some more cash?

MAys and Rolfe aren't hitting and I've moved them around inthe lineup alittle to try and get them going. I'm platooning Maz/L and Garcia/R and Lacy plays 2b,3b,LF and RF.

I think you could have gotten SPs better suited to your park than Hughes, Holtzman or Sutton. & 2s at ss & 2b aren't the standard recipe for success in a pitcher's park.
That being said, in the Leagues we've played in together, your biggest fault is an itchy drop/add trigger-finger. In most cases, you're not going to improve your record by roster-shuffling during the season.
Try to make some trades.

I saw Nolan & Cuellar available. Both are well suited for your home park. Not sure about the rest of the league, though.

Griffith 24. Oak 90 and Forbes in the Division..only 2 or 3 bomber parks in the whole league.
