WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY ... WAS 3-FINGER PULLED???

Bernie, or anybody else, feel free to explain to me why 3-Finger Brown was pulled from this Semi-Finals Game #2 for a pinch hitter in the bottom of the 7th even though he was leading 3-1 and had only thrown 95 pitches and had just pitched a 1-2-3 7th inning????

BTW ... We went on to lose in extra innings, thank you HAL, after Tippy Martinez blew the save in the top of the 9th by giving up BACK TO BACK HOMERUNS TO RIGHT HANDED BATTERS!!!
