Timing is Everything (or I NEED MY BEAUTY SLEEP!)

I'm in a draft league that is filled except for the 12th team. No waiver -frenzy after auto draft. If the 12th team joins the league before midnight tonight ET (say 11:58 pm) does the draft/frenzy still happen at midnight? If not, what is the "cut off" time? Any help is appreciated as my beauty sleep depends on it!

11:59pm or earlier, draft happens tonight, usually around 12:08am EST. If the team gets in at midnight or later, draft won't happen until tomorrow (Sun) morning.

Thanks for the response. I just wish everyone was as considerate. (Especially 12th teams who give no indication as to when they will join - plus on a Friday night after a long week.) :!: :x
