When do we enter a league? What is the password? Etc.

Well you still have one round of picks left to make - when that is done, I will create the league and post the password here.
All players must have a stadium pick too. - Dacelo and hfsmart do not have one yet so their final pick must be a stadium.
The East, those players that picked 1,4,7,10 will enter first.
