Any stadium can be used - you just have to draft it somewhere among your 16 picks.

Yes, any stadium for Semi's and Final round, just draft it.
RE: Using ATG-VI - I even put it in the "official rules" on the main Barnstormers page, that if TSN upgraded to a new version of ATG, that we would also upgrade to it at the next event.
