OK this is complete BS. I posted on Sunday asking where we were at with the Central loading and got a response that they were still waiting on one person.

Today (3 days later) I get a message that the league is waiting on me!?! I have checked this board daily waiting for an update to know when the central was loaded. I also made it very clear a week ago that I was leaving for vacation on Thursday morning.

So effectively I am screwing myself by entering my team now! As far as I am concerned others sat on their *** and didn't load their teams timely and I am trying to decide why it becomes my priority to get my team in nowe so this league can start.

I understand your distress.

I've been trying to stay out of the politicking side of Barnstormers and felt that this league, more than any other, should be able to self-manage.

Since we live drafted, all that is left is picking scabs and setting your team up. But - won't you have any internet access Mark?

Certainly with the scope of this league and it's importance, I think everyone should be given the same amount of setup time, even if we have to roll on for another week.

Mark, what would you like to see happen?

I know you can't accomodate 12 schedules, so I figured I would be the one with a sub optimal situation, but once I saw the draft run and set some waiver picks that would at least be enough, and if needed I would cram Monday when I get back in town.

And actually my draft changed on the fly. There are probably a few players that will be cut now based on the mix of the ballparks taken and starters chosen (note not everyone drafted their rotations yet, so I don't know the final lefty/righty mix that my team will face).

I will do the right thing and load and will likely now take a lap top with me on Vacation (I did not want to bring one). If I push this out another week, someone else is just as likely to say they have a scheduling conflict. But I am ticked off, that this league wasn't loaded within a day (or two) considering the group and the importance of the league.
