Stadium Groupings Barnstormers 2008-2009

New groupings using ATGIV - [b:f96641b3be]Thanks to cristano1 and Hank O for the help in sorting these out. [/b:f96641b3be] Understand that I did not use 100% of the recommendations given to me by either of you, calculated or not (Hank).

In SOME very rare cases, I used what resembled most the current groupings for (ATG3) and in other cases, I padded a group that had the fewest amount of stadiums. In all cases, certain stadiums are just that close to being borderline either way and of course arguments can be made one way or the other.
