This league will not require a one-round stadium draft. I went back and read the rules and remembered that we changed it this year to only the two live drafts plus the Champions League requiring unique stadiums. We had some problems last year with leagues not loading quickly due to the stadium draft/divisional assignment process, and we decided to do away with that this year with the exception of the live drafts. Managers are still prohibited from using stadiums you have already used, but feel free to join the league at will.
