Thanks for the thank-yous, no need but much appreciated!
[b:88832454ed]Riggo:[/b:88832454ed] The only way I've found to line up columns is first to format them into a text document using a justified (equal-width) font like Courier, using spaces (not tabs) to line up the columns, then use the "code" function when pasting the text doc into the post. Tedious, especially to create the initial text doc, but at least changes can then be made without reformatting everything for each update. If anyone knows an easier way, I'd love to hear it!
[b:88832454ed]Harpo:[/b:88832454ed] Yes, as noted at the top of the standings, only managers entered in all 4 events are included. The rules say managers must play all required qualifying events to be eligible for the Semifinals or Finals, so I save a lot of work by leaving ineligible managers out of the standings. This year, there are about 20 managers besides yourself entered in less than the required 4 events, so the time saved is significant.
I do keep all managers on my standings spreadsheet, but most of the work involved is in reformatting from spreadsheet to post (see above). In past years, when we've had over 100 eligible participants, I've included only the top 50 or 75 in running standings posts, likewise to save on time and tedium...main purpose is to show where eligible contenders stand in relation to making the Semis, and ultimately to get the Top 36 right for Semifinals seeding.
