2011 PC Tournament Final Standings

All Event 1, 2 and 3 leagues are now complete. Should see a bunch of moves in the standings after Event 4 leagues start wrapping regular seasons tomorrow night.

All Event 4 leagues have now completed regular seasons, with leagues 5 and 6 still in playoffs.

The first Event 5 leagues begin reporting in 2 weeks, the last league finishing regular season play in 5 weeks (December 9). That league's playoffs will probably affect ranking, so looks like the week before Christmas to determine final seeding for the Semi-Finals.

As the guy currently ranked 36th, I will be keeping a very close eye on the East of Event 5/League 6. :wink:

With really only 60 players playing in this tournament...we may want to consider including only the top 24 teams.

The final 12 can be then:

* 8 playoff teams
* 4 non-playoff teams but with highest remaining ranking

It's too late to start changing the number of teams for playoffs now. The teams on the bubble for 36 have been following this for awhile - it would be cruel and unusual to suddenly change the rules after 2 months of preparing for the top 36.

I agree with 24. Just not enough players to go with 36, although this really should have been decided before the start or the tourny.
