How about this for a speed draft idea:

Give people a certain amount of time: say 4 hours. After they have made their first pick, their timer would start when it is there turn the next time around. Stop when they make a pick. Start when it is their turn again. Kind of like a chess clock.

Aside from getting everyone checked in, the whole draft wouldn't take very long. Just an idea.

Are the divisions separated based on the entry or the order we drafted?
