id love that requirement also... just as long as the champs league counted 2x instead of being 100% of the weight...
but whatever, i couldnt stand the thought of not having citizens... since it was a coinflip between that and rogers...

What is even better is that I get penalized for doing all 7 rounds because I have 1 less park to choose from.
