Frenchy rebounded, but my Strat teams did not :( Although I do get a chance to see what I can do with the Alps tonight.

Another impessive road sweep last night, this time the SnowBears. Since we were on the road I don't think my squad realized they were still playing in Fenway. :lol:

Meanwhile, those Alps have a lofty 700+ winning perc. :shock:

I'm not saying anything. I don't want to jinx my team. I will say that everytime I have a team that runs away with the leagues best record, I get swept in the first round. Theres still a ton of games to play so we'll see.

I'm not sure I've figured it out yet Kav. My road record (18-12) is still much more impressive than my home record of 1 over 500.

I have a little breathing space, but I'm still nervous about this league. Quite a nice list of managers, whomever wins it all can surely have something to chirp about.

After a truly horrible start, I claw myself back to 4 games under .500. :) I even get myself out of last place! :) Then I go and drop 5 of 6 and return to last place. :cry:

A couple of things:

1) I still haven't really learned how to play in Fenway yet, fortunately I have the best road record in the league.

2) After seeing my lead over Stoney fall to a precarious 1 game, I'm back up to a 4 game lead. Better, but obviously no breathing room there.

2 weeks exactly to go. I'm playing for road-field advantage. :lol: :wink:

Incredibly, my lead is back to 8 games. Stoney, it appears like your guys used up all their stuff on that comeback you made recently.

Just resting up for a late season push. 8)

I was happy just making it to the final round, especially if you look at the ratings and I'm next to last. But then I realized that that's not good enough.
