First things first.... does everyone have an account on somdraft.com?

If not please do so ASAP.

Once we all have accounts then I think we randomize a draft order and anyone of us can setup the league.

When and how do we choose Stadiums,

I would think that would be first or last so we have a direction that we are heading???

Draft team then stadium or draft stadium and then try to build around it??

Draft is 18 rounds long. You can pick your stadium at any time during the draft. At the end of the draft, you must have 17 players and 1 stadium and cannot have spent more than $76 million.

OK, I got it worked out. I think.

You should all go to the somdraft.com web site as soon as you can and log in. All of you had IDs on the site, so I didn't create any new ones. Here are the IDs I used:

If you can't remember your password, try "test" without the quote marks.

The draft is called "RND3LG1"

I gave Splinter admin rights, which means he should be able to adjust the draft clock. Remember that is set to 4 hours initially, but there should not be any clock for the first round. Once everybody has checked in and is aware the draft has started you will switch to a two-hour clock.
