Hey guys, I'm honored you asked. I'll be happy to serve. Just let me know what you need to do.

It seems like the first thing you guys need to do is come to a consensus on the clock issue. Given the time constraints that a few of you are facing, it seems two hours is not enough. I think four hours would be plenty, with one caveat. I would limit skips to one. In another words, if a manager gets skipped, when it gets back to his next pick, you stop the draft until you track down the manager. One skip won't be hard to overcome, but two skips could start to be a little difficult. And given the importance of this league, you want to be as fair as possible.

Let me know what you need. I'm in another league with uncleny and bigmahon that starts tonight, so they'll always be able to reach me by just sending me a message in that league. Good luck to everybody, even resident loud-mouth Cristano.
