[quote:bcf3f9ae5f]...it seems two hours is not enough. I think four hours would be plenty, with one caveat. I would limit skips to one. In another words, if a manager gets skipped, when it gets back to his next pick, you stop the draft until you track down the manager. [/quote:bcf3f9ae5f]
I'd prefer a shorter (2 hour) clock and no limit on skips. This became a BIG problem for Barnstormers Tour finals when a couple of managers just didn't seem to care. If any manager isn't keeping up with the draft, they should deal w/ the consequences or be replaced by the next manager in line (per Final Tour Standings). ...just my $24.95. :P

personally i wont skip a person unless im forced to
im pretty sure everyone in the tour finals cares
but whatever the league decides, the league decides
because of issues some of the guys have voiced, my personal vote is clock off

my commute is 2 hours each way. i'd prefer not having to rely on my 12th proxy in the finals.

i think it'd be good if everyone does their best to be timely, but I would really prefer a 3-4 hour clock.

The 2 hour clock is fine with me on weekdays, although 4 hours works just as well. Weekends are a different matter - at minimum, if we run during the weekend, a 4 hour clock.

The finals shouldn't be "just another" live draft - there is plenty of bragging rights at stake in this one.

Yep. You guys will go with tonight's numbers. Remember that in states where there is a midday and an evening draw, we always use the evening results.

OK, guys, I already see one problem. Woods (Vermont) and bigmahon (New Hampshire) have picked states that are part of the Tri-State lottery, so their results will be the same. One of them needs to pick a new state pronto! Since Bigmahon was the first to make his pick, then Woods should probably be the one to pick a new state. But given the late date, either one would be fine.

See, this is why you need a commish!
