Yea, LOL. When you told me you were possibly targeting one of those two with your #2 overall, I knew I had little or no chance to land even one of them. And now I'm sitting here with both. I'm stunned.

I boo-boo'd when I attempted to "change the clock" earlier, but I'm pretty sure that I have I have fixed it now. It should shift to [b:7b333277e8]2 hours[/b:7b333277e8] after BetheMan makes his selection.

Hopefully BetheMan'll make his selection before 5:55, but if not, then C2 will have to make his pick manually in order to skip him.

Just so I understand.Even though Terry101's time has elapsed,it won't show that or put the next name on the clock until hnext person manually selects? Also may I suggest we keep the clock running 24/7 until we're done, this would promote proxies. We aren't even through the 2nd Rd. and it's day3. More like a hostage crisis. Thanks for listening.

It'd be nice if we could all stay up all night long and continue the draft Davy, but I believe that the other leagues are "turning off" the clock at 10:00pm ET and "turning on" again at 8:00am ET.

So I think we best do the same.

It was just a thought.Anyone that can use proxies wouldn't be obligated to stay up all night.

I am with Coffee, I didnt join a live draft to fill my picks with proxies. The clock should be turned off. The real issue is the 2 hour time limit is too long. We just lost 4+ hours waiting on Terry101. All u really need is the clock time at say 30 mins, that would help. But I guess that is for another time. By the way Terry's time is up, MrLeo should be picking

I need to stay away from live drafts.Patience is not at the top of my character traits. It won't last forever.

Sounds as though you'd really enjoy a "speed draft" Davy. Every so often one of these gets organized... where you rip off 8-10 rounds in an evening, then load your team for a frenzy at midnight.

Unfortunately, a "live draft" doesn't neccessarily corelate into a fast draft. Patience isn't one of my virtues either, so I've learned to not constantly monitor the draft... I just check back in every few hours or so to see if I'm close to making my pick.

As for proxies, I'm all for setting proxies to help keep the draft moving, but you have to realize that this tool can only go so far. I find that if you're only a few picks away from your selection, then setting a proxy is quite practicle. However, if you're a long way off before you pick again, you really need to see how the draft is progressing before making a sound pick (say there's a run on a particular position or something).

Anyways, we should just plan on this league not starting until July 7... hopefully. Can we all agree that this will be our target date?
