Its not fair to those of us who are here, paying attention, to hold up the draft for this long. Some of us are going to get screwed by this delay.
I say we just skip him and move on. He missed his turn. There is a proxy system, and if you aren't going to be around you need to set up your proxies. If you don't do that, too bad.

perhaps we just need to assume this draft is going to take a while to get done with the absentee issues....
better than the alternative of searching for replacements and starting over i think.....
i'll set a lot of proxies to try to get through thursday, friday and saturday but cannot gurantee that i'll get through them.
if this is not an acceptable proposition given luckroll's situation you all need to decide now so you can go hunting for 2 replacements i would think.

Well we are in rnd 3 so it is possible to get thru to a place where we can set strategic proxies instead of land blasting it. But with the current situation we will not have the league ready until next week. If you want to replace me because you would like the league ready by Friday please state so.

I thought we were playing with DH. I know we are NL, but I thought I read we are using DH. No?
This is my 3rd Live Draft and I've found there has been nothing 'Live" about them. There are too many delays.
Does anyone know what happens if players continuously miss the clock and end up with no players drafted? Does the computer automatically draft a team? If so, then I'm in favour of picking ahead of someone who misses the clock.
