What time does the clock stop in the evening and how long do we have to make our picks?

I think its like 9am - 9pm or something, but it is a 4 hour window.

sorry guys about the delay... seriously before sherbert picked my proxies were...
1) beltran
2) halladay
3) ajones
4) lackey

i thought id def get one of beltran or ajones (which i did) and i thought lackey would be my absolute safety (which he wasnt)...

on other notes, thats such bs beltran went the pick before me... and i thought 18 yr old blondes were the biggest c8cktease of all time... apparently azhawg takes the cake on that one...
