Not to be a dick about it (but I think I sound like one when I say this.) but...
I know it's kind of a pain in the a$$, but you can check on each player you proxy or pick to see which team they play for, whether it's on Penn's site or the TSN site. (I know it's taken me about three times as long to set proxies because of it, but it is possible)
If you're unsure about whether a team is AL or NL there are only about 100 sites where you can get that info (ESPN, FOXSPORTS, MLB.com, etc).
I certainly don't mind people having the opportunity to go back and fix the picks, but personally I don't think it should hold up the draft. If they take those picks into the AD then they should be required to fix them on the TSN site post draft.
Just my opinion.
