Event 4, League 3 Sign-ups - $80 mil, autodraft

It's time to start event 4. This is a standard autodraft league with no DH, no unique stadium requirement and no divisional assignments. In other words, it's a true autodraft! Once you sign up for a league, get your team ready and get into the league. Somebody will need to set the league up. Remember to make it advanced, weighted waivers.
