Has anyone signed our league up?

Sorry guys, I may have missed this, but has anyone signed our league up? I did not see a sign-up for league nine and I can't remember how the rest of the draft is finished. A little info would be much appreciated.

After the live draft is finished, select an additional 8 NL players to fill out your draft card. Rank these 8 players as your 1st through 8th choice on your draft card. Select your stadium, then wait for the league to be set up and notification when the West division (which is you, me, Qksilver and Bob) is to load. Once the East and Central have loaded, we fill out the rest of the league and its automatic from there.
