I regret to see that you have been taking some heat in that other thread. :roll:

I'm sure that I speak for the vast majority of the managers who participate in the Tour in saying: "Thanks! You're doing a great job!"

I've been most impressed with your dilligence, sense of sportsmanship, comraderie, and respect for us.

I hope you realize that when dealing with 100+ different personalities, it's impossible to please everyone. Please don't be discouraged by the fact that a few disgruntled managers seemed to have singled you out for unwarranted criticism. The rest of us really appreciate all your efforts!

Yup--big thanks to Tee and a reminder there's a silent majority that keep it all in perspective.

I'd criticize only if I also said "give me the reins" in the same breath.
Very easy to throw at someone's head when you don't have to come up to bat.
