Live draft stadium proxies and/or picking 2007 stadium

Anyone know how to set ballpark proxies for the 2007 live draft. Nothing that I have tried has worked.

was anyone able to pick a stadium on the draft site or are they messed upped? Tried picking a stadium because the person who is up in the draft time had expired. Got the following displayed after clicking on pick on the stadium I went for:
