Dear Commish, what's the final word on the semifinal leagues...will there be 2 semifinal leagues (top 24 qualifiers) or 3 semifinal leagues (top 36 qualifiers)...?

Bernie and I just decided this week that we would do 36. I was going to announce it in the next e-mail I send out.
