No, results from the Semis are not included in the point standings. Although it would benefit me if Semis were included, seedings for choosing draft order and for divisions are based on final point standings after the qualifying rounds, same as last year, I assume. Don't know why it would be any different this year.

I'm in no rush, but I really don't think we need to wait for a ruling from the Commish on this one.

I would also benefit also.

How would penalties for over used relief pitchers and reusing a ballpark be applied?

Oops, sorry Ken, I edited my last post before I saw yours.

I think the Commish has already indicated (in other threads) that the penalty for violating either rule is disqualification. Although he hasn't spelled out exactly how it works, at least Weinberg and I appear to be in agreement (see 200ip rule thread) that it makes sense that if somebody breaks the rules and goes on to win the championship, he'd be disqualified and the runner-up becomes champ instead.

As I've said before, I can't speak for the Commish, but I feel about 99% certain he would agree.

Guys, I've sent a PM to the Commish to let him know we're here. Looks like he's posted as recently as last Thursday, so hopefully he'll see the message and check in soon to answer any questions. If anybody has his email, or is in a league with [b:0283190654]Cummings2,[/b:0283190654] that might be faster.

Meanwhile, unless anybody objects, seems like we could continue with choosing our draft picks.
