League 4 is not full yet. Still needs 8 more teams as of 8pm edt Sun.

Scheduled Event 3 was canceled so we can try to get this done quicker due to the late start. So event 3 is actually Event 4 on the schedule. And Event 5 will be Event 4. Then we go to the Semi-Finals.
