To expand on Honestiago's post: When you see a # next to a number on the back of the strato card it means replace the result with a BP homer roll. Then a roll takes effect to determine if it is a homer or long out.

Likewise the little greater than sign, or whatever it is. means replace the result with a BP effect roll. Only you roll on the singles portion on the chart.

Take a look at some cards, you will see what I am talking about.
