Question About Joining Leagues

When you create a new team and select "Join a Private League" there are always a few leagues that have the Auto League settings and are just labeled as TSN 12345 (or whatever number).

Are these just the Auto Leagues? In other words , if I had selected "Join an Auto League" instead of Join a Private League" would I end up in one of these league, or are the Auto Leagues something different?

Yes, those are the auto leagues. You can jump into one that way too.
