20 sided die, 1-11 would be a single and 1-12 would be HR.

Out of curiosity, do these rating change for a righty or lefty hitter or are they universal (provided everything else is contant and we are just looking at theBP rating)?

Fulton County is even -- the 11 and 12 are the same for LH and RH hitters. (Some parks are not even).

Fulton is considered a hitter's park, because the HR rating is higher than 10 on both sides. It's not as extreme as some parks like Kingdome, where I believe HR's are 18 on both sides.

You're going to want some hitters with more #'s on their cards, of course. (Given you're asking about the pitching/hitting league, your options will be limited -- ie., you can only spend $30 mil on all your hitters. I won the previous championship with a pitching team, though, so it can be done).
