Just One More Needed for Hitting/Pitching Theme League

We did this league once already and all the previous owners are switching (ie., I had a pitching team before, so now I'll have a hitting team).

Anyway we have open spots for 2 teams - 1 hitting and 1 pitching.

Basically the idea is that Hitting teams can only spend a limited amount on their pitching staffs ($20 mil) and must have lesser fielders at each position, while having a pitcher's ballpark. Likewise, pitching teams have a $31 mil limit on their hitters and must have good fielders, while playing in hitter's parks. There's 2 p-teams and 2 h-teams in each division.
