How to read a pitcher's injury in a DH league?

I know I've read this on these boards before, but can't seem to locate the right place now. I've had my first pitching injury, and can't recall how to read it. Bedrosian was injured (game plus 2) facing McRae last night - McRae was my opponent's DH, and he grounded out. Do I scrutinize the pitcher's card? And what do I look for in an effort to determine card year? Thanks for whatever assistance you can provide!

A pitcher gets injured when a 6-12 is rolled when the DH is at bat. In your case it's Bedrosian's 83, 86 or 87 card. If a runner was on you might be able to narrow it down further as the ground ball results were a B, a C and an X.

Does a HBP get changed to a groundout on a failed H&R play?

Edit: Oops, looked at wrong card...that strikeout on Bedrosian's card would be changed to a groundout on a H&R attempt, I think. Same goes for the single.

Bedrosian had been doing his job, so there was no one on base. But it is helpful to have the years narrowed down. I've probably got '83 (next to worst year), as he's been a fair amount better against lefties.
