As I had said in earlier years I thought we should have kept a 30 or 40 man roster, threw the others back in and redrafted the other players so that there was some help to players who may have made some bad decisions or had holes to fill. In addition to trading they could also draft and improve their rosters. I think this is where the train went off the tracks. I too love to build a team...that would have put the best of both worlds into our league....an annual draft plus keepers and trading for next year. I would say maybe a new keeper league is in order or we can keep the rosters and drop to 30 or 40 and have a draft with all returners plus any new blood that will step in for those who step out.

Any thoughts to retooling? We all have 30 players we like....or we all have to throw back 20 so that guys like Ugly Jerry are not penalized for having an abundance of players. He has stockpiled and should not have to throw back more than me.

I like the idea of tossing guys back into the pool. I am not sure I have 20 players to give back, but 15x12 is 180 and that would work for most people. I'll give it one more season. The issue is tracking all this stuff, it makes it too hard to run the season.

right now i have a shtload of teams but i committed to this league and still like it. throwing in some players is fine to me. it will give us the new blood sense and maybe keep the interest going.....throwing back in 15- 20 players will keep your favorite players and still leave room for improving your team....but i,m in....whatever you guys decide.

I'm fine ending this league. Especially with the Back to the '70's will be coming out soon and interest in this league will likely tank completely after that.
