Over Salary Cap

After last nights draft, I'm 1.5 mil over the cap, what happens if I don't claim anyone on waivers? Does the over draft kick in when I need to go to the FA pool later? Can you start the season over the cap????

If you make no transactions all year you can stay over the cap. Once you drop someone or make a trade you will loose the extra money over the cap.
