A fielder's choice where everyone is safe?

I've got a question for the rule experts. Last night McRae rolls a 666 injuring Blyleven. Runers on 2nd and 3rd, all runners advance and McRae is safe at first. Looking at Blyleven's card, isn't the batter out at 1st on GB(C) or (B)? And can you tell if this is a GB(B) or (C)?

B? gives the defense an option to get the sure out or try to prevent the lead runner from advancing. The lead runner was likely safe during the attempt thus causing all runners to be safe on the fielder's choice as well as Blyleven pulling his groin while arguing with the ump.

This would be a GB (B) fielder choice. This would be where an infielder fields the ball and instead of throwing the runner out at 1B he throws home to get the runner at the plate. The runner is called safe and the batter ends up on 1B with a fielder's choice.

I am not that familiar with the real game anymore but I would bet it involves the infield playing in and there being a roll to determine if the runner at home is safe or not depending on his base running rating. Evidently in this example the runner was safe.

GB (C) deffinately means the runner is out at 1B while the other runners advance.

Could it also have been a squeeze attempt? The 666 result would be ignored (except the injury) and the squeeze chart would have an option for the defense to try for the runner at the plate.

I don't know too much about super advanced, but when we used to play tabletop, you would announce you are bunting and forego the roll.
