AZRangers may not be able to have access since he is on the way to Afghanistan. He said he might not have access for 2 weeks and suggested that a replacement may be necessary. We'll see if he loads in the next few days. If he doesn't, the next step will be ?.

I'd like to wait for AZ. He is off in service of our freedom and we can wait a while in the comfort of our homes.

Everyone is in except for AZ I assume. I'm fine with waiting. Besides it will make for an exciting come from behind victory when our teams knock out the other tops teams (for me it might be more like jumping up to 46).

Looks like Leagues 1 and 3 have gone to waivers. The other (non-AZ) league should load as well. As for the AZ league, leaving aside the reason for the delay, I do have a concern. If AZ is able to load in two weeks, that means the tourney championship will likely not begin for as long as a month after the other three leagues are completed (we wouldn't have final totals until after that league's playoffs ended, then we'd have to vote on the type of league - 70s/80s, auto/live, and, if live, pick and load). I really don't think that is a great idea.

A proposal - if there are no objections, I will load AZ's team and will manage it until he is able. When he returns, I will give him my password and full access to the team (I will no longer manage or do anything related to it). The points generated by this team will go to AZ in pursuit of the final round. When I manage, I will not, absent injury, drop any of the 15 players selected by AZ, but will otherwise manage the team as I normally would.

I think this is a fair compromise that will keep us on course to complete the tourney in a timely, and compelling, fashion. Please voice any objections here.

I think that is fair. He still gets the nucleus of his team and the opportunity to compete for credits and the Final 12. I don't think that would bother him and League 4 can go on with the rest. ThankYou!

Thanks AZ for being concerned about us. Maybe if Osama Bin Laden play SOM he'd could put his mind on something positive and give up the whole terrorist thing.
