Dick Woodson...

is listed as a relief pitcher only in the 70s game, although he started 76 of the 137 games that he played (55.5%) during his career, which is pretty much represented in the five seasons that he's got cards for.

I've had Woodson on some of my 1969 teams, but this is the first time I've had him on a 70s team. Since I know he's a S/R in the '69 game, I was a bit surprised that he's restricted to relief duty only in the 70s game.

It's interesting how Woodson washed out of the majors so soon after a couple of pretty good seasons with the Twins. I wonder if it was injury related. He was only 29.

I know TSN "converts" some pitchers who did start in real life into pure relievers. I don't know if they are trying to prevent these pitchers from being used as starters when you get one of their years where they did primarily relieve or if they are just trying to create more pure relievers or both or for other reasons altogether!
