$80mm vs $100mm, etc.

I'm in my second $80mm league and was wondering what the differences might be in higher cap leagues, like drafting and overall strategies, etc., or are the rosters larger? Are higher cap leagues harder, easier?
Thanks

In the 80's game, you'll find most leagues are set up for 80mil. That's plenty of cap to field a league of (12) 80's team's and the 80 mil leagues fill the fastest. If you play 100mil, all of the top-dollar talent will get drafted (so you'd better have a real good draft), and managers will carry as many players as the roster will allow. This leaves little room to manuever from the FA during the season. I personally don't like that. I think the in-season moves are a great part of the game and really the most fun part of it.

The 70's game is a little different because the player salaries are higher across the board and there is a bigger player pool. Although the 80 mil cap seems to be the standard there again, a 100 mil game is very playable and the leagues do fill about as quickly. You don't have to rely soley on having a great draft because there will be plenty of talent to draw from off the FA. I actually prefer the 100 mil 70's game to the 80 mil cap (though I think I'm in the minority).
