Fredie No-No Norman!

Postby pwootten » Sat Jan 16, 2010 11:23 am

Hey 70's/80's Tourney Fans, Fredie Norman tossed a complete game against Rob Latorre's Eagles last night. Granted, it is a bit easier when the other team's manager is asleep at the switch, but . . . don't I win a cruise with Nolan Ryan or something like that?

Thanks,
Paul Wootten

Congrats Paul. Funny, I just sent you a league email telling you that Freddie is one of my favorite pitchers! Nice job.

Paul,
Post your boxscore. If Norman threw a no-hitter over 9 innings, you get an autographed Nolan Ryan Ball as the 1st manager to get a no-hitter in the 70s. We are still waiting for the 80s no-hitter.

If anyone has a long hitting streak or high batting average, let me know as the season progresses.

Congrats! :D :D
