Low $ dilemna - Trillo vs. Bump

I am in Wrigley and trying to platoon at 2b. I got Bernie Allen against R's, who should I take vs. L's? Trillo (more D) or Bump (more O).

Howdy,

Generally speaking, one wants at least a "2" at 2b. Trillo offers a good glove and speed. He can do well vs. Lefties. I wouldn't consider a "3" at 2b. Obviously, better SOM players than yours truly will feel differently.
Another thing to consider: Are you already "set" for good hitting at the other positions? If so, you might feel better about opting for "Leather" over "Wood" at 2b. Good luck!

Bump. See him in our league on my crappy team. I have him playing full time: 8 homers, 7 triples and "A" speed with decent batting average and on base % for the discounted cost. Bump Wills is worth the price.

I've used Rodney Scott at 2B before and had success. I make sure I have a good fielder for late inning sub though.

I opted for Trillo, he got hurt in his first game and I have his best year. Alright
