if you wanted to draft a team mainly of speedsters would it be better to choose a stadium with turf over a stadium with grass or would it matter? Does turf give base stealers the advantage in SOM?

Turf vs. grass makes no difference. However, you should choose a small ball park with a high single rating but few HRs.
