I have Andre Thorton who is injured for 1 game. I would want to play him for the 2nd and third game of the series. How do I do that? If I leave him in, will the program aoutomatically sub for him?

yes. But HAL wont switch around your order, so you will have a bench player hitting where Andre hits. You can switch around your lineup but then Andre will be hitting in the other slot. Pay attention to your RH and LH lineups-you might not have to switch one depending on who you are playing aginst next.

HAL might switch your order around, but you may not be happy with what he does.

The closer your backup's performance is to that of Thornton, the more likely it will be that HAL will leave your lineup alone.
