Correction to new 60K Back to the 80's league

Just got a fortuitous credit from a half-baked team making finals. Wouldn't mind trying a 60M league. Is it DH, no DH?

It sounds like a lot of fun. With only 60 Million, there will be a lot of players like Pete O'brien and Claudell Washington that actually get used.
I'd like to try it.
