if you have a LH RP who is .100 vs lefthanded hitters, and .450 with 3-4 HRs vs righty hitters, how to you make sure he ONLY faces lefties and then gets a hook before he gets slammed by the following righty hitter.
I've tried many things to isolate 4-7R pitchers with only righty hitters and 4-7L pitchers vs lefty hitters...but they always seem to get left in to face (and get killed) by the opposite side hitter. any help would be appreciated.

Try this if you haven't already:

On the pitcher's card:
Avoid Righties
Quick Hook
1-2 Innings Max
Avoid using before the 7th.

In your general manager's strategy:

Intentional Walks Aggressive
Relief Usage Normal to Aggressive

It isn't guaranteed but it does seem to help.
